Project Description
I need an established, private Django web-development repository that I can take full ownership of and continue to build on. The codebase must be predominantly Python, structured around Django, and show clear evidence of long-term, collaborative development.
Scope
• Minimum 100,000 lines of Python/Django code (measured with cloc or a similar tool).
• At least 100 merged pull requests in the Git history to demonstrate an active development cycle.
• Complete Git history, branch structure, CI configuration, and issue tracker (if available) must remain intact.
• Transfer of the private repo to my GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account, giving me full admin rights.
Deliverables
1. The private repository transferred to my account.
2. README or equivalent setup guide that lets me run python manage.py runserver locally without errors.
3. requirements.txt (or Pipfile/poetry.lock) plus any Docker or docker-compose files, environment examples, and migration scripts.
Acceptance criteria
– cloc report shows ≥ 100 k lines of Python/Django code.
– git log proves ≥ 100 merged PRs.
– Application starts locally and renders the default landing page.
Please confirm you have full legal rights to transfer the repository and that no proprietary or third-party NDA-bound code is included.
