Project Description
Every month I will send you raw footage for 20 vertical reels aimed at healthcare professionals. Your task is to transform these clips into crisp, CapCut-edited educational pieces that retain a formal, professional tone while explaining medical conditions and offering practical health tips.
• Workflow
– I supply footage, key talking points and a simple storyboard.
– You trim, colour-correct, add motion text captions, subtle sound design and any royalty-free graphics needed for clarity.
– Final files are delivered in 1080 × 1920 MP4 along with the CapCut project file so my team can archive or make minor tweaks later.
• Why basic biology knowledge matters
You will need to recognise clinical terminology, spot obvious factual errors and choose imagery that accurately represents the condition or advice being discussed. Mislabelled anatomy or misleading stock graphics are unacceptable.
• Turnaround & cadence
The batch of 20 arrives on the first business day of each month; I need everything back within seven calendar days so it can be scheduled across our channels.
• Acceptance criteria
1. All reels stay under 120 seconds, maintain voice-over sync and carry on-screen captions with ≤2% error rate.
2. Edits feel polished yet adhere to our formal branding (no flashy emoji transitions).
3. Audio levels peak below –1 dB, loudness target –14 LUFS.
4. No copyright flags on music or graphics.
