PHP Mobile App Development iPhone Android React Native Flutter API Development Payment Processing
I need an app that lets drivers in Antwerp start a parking session the moment they stop the car, end it when they leave, and pay instantly inside the same screen—much like 4411 or Seety but fully tailored to our local rules and rates. Core flow • Driver enters or is auto-detected in the paid zone • Taps “Start parking” to begin a live timer • Receives a push reminder before time expires • Taps “Stop & pay” on exit, with the fee calculated from our tariff table • Pays securely by credit/debit card or direct bank transfer • Sees the trip stored in a personal parking history The app must run on both iOS and Android under a single codebase if possible (Flutter, React Native or similar are fine) and feel 100 % native on each platform. A lightweight admin panel or API endpoint where I can update zone prices and view transaction logs would be highly appreciated but is secondary to the driver experience. Deliverables 1. Source code and build-ready projects for iOS and Android 2. Simple backend or cloud functions that handle tariff look-ups, session timing and payment capture 3. Integration with at least one card processor and one Belgian bank transfer gateway 4. Geo-based parking space locator using open street data or a third-party map SDK 5. Push notification setup (Firebase/APNs) for session status and expiry alerts 6. User parking history screen with filter and export to email/PDF 7. Short hand-over guide and two weeks of post-launch bug fixing Acceptance criteria • Session fee matches the city tariff table to the cent • Payment tokens are handled through PCI-compliant SDKs only; no raw card data ever hits our server • Locator pins display within 5 m accuracy in Antwerp test streets • Build passes App Store & Play Store review without major rework If the above sounds clear, let me know your preferred tech stack and an estimated timeline so we can lock the scope and move forward.
