Project Description
I supervise marketing and package management for multiple hospitals, and I need a sharper view of how our sales numbers are really performing. I will supply raw sales spreadsheets that cover treatment packages, doctor-referral revenue, and campaign codes. Your task is to turn that data into clear, decision-ready insights.
What I’m looking for
• Clean and structure the data so it is analysis-ready.
• Build an interactive Power BI dashboard (plus an Excel version) that tracks key KPIs—overall revenue, growth by package, doctor recommendation conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Highlight trends, outliers, and actionable opportunities in a concise findings summary.
Tools & skills that matter
Power BI, advanced Excel (pivot tables, DAX, Power Query), data-visualisation best practices, and a solid grasp of healthcare or sales metrics.
