Every comment, DM, or WhatsApp ping is a sales lead; I expect swift, friendly replies and steady follow-ups that convert browsers into buyers.
Your performance will be judged on the simplest metric: more paid orders each day. I’m flexible on compensation—pure commission or a base plus incentives—so long as the structure rewards growth. If you already have proven results moving fashion items and know Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic Canva or Photoshop edits, we can start immediately.
