Project Description
My 10 year old lake-side villa has a gentle slope leading from the main gate down to the water, and I want that journey to feel intentional from the very first step. The project revolves around shaping a warm, rustic entrance sitting area that frames the outside “shaley” view while giving guests a comfortable pause point before they continue toward the lake.
Scope
• Produce a full set of 2D plans and elevations that define layout, levels and material call-outs.
• Develop photorealistic 3D renders (day and evening) that capture the fireplace glow, moving water feature and layered greenery I have in mind.
• Integrate any additional design touches you feel will perfect the space, provided they stay true to a relaxed rustic aesthetic.
Key design cues
– Fireplace,grilling aread ideally stone-clad, acting as an anchor.
– Subtle water feature that works with the sloped approach, doubling as sound masking.
– Lush but manageable planting that frames lake sightlines without blocking them.
What I need from you
A detailed project proposal describing your concept approach, reference images from past work, software you will use (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.), and a clear breakdown of milestones for drawings, renders and final revisions. Accuracy in terrain modelling is essential so the slope reads naturally in every view.
Final files should include editable CAD drawings, high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders, and a walkthrough or fly-through video if your workflow allows. Once approved, I will supply exact measurements and site photos so you can refine the model. it should help the contractor work to complete the project i have old design and i will remove the fence wall to open the space for sitting and other so in short i just want to update the current design with some perfect look
