**Title:** Performance Marketer (Google Ads & Meta Ads) + Ad Content Creator (Long-Term)
**Description:**
We are looking for an experienced performance marketer who can take full ownership of our paid advertising efforts — from strategy and execution to content creation and optimization.
This is not just a campaign management role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to combine **data-driven advertising with high-converting creatives**.
**What you’ll be responsible for:**
* Setting up, managing, and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Managing and optimizing ad budgets for maximum ROI
* Creating and testing ad creatives (copy, hooks, angles, concepts)
* Continuously improving performance through A/B testing and data analysis
* Identifying winning strategies and scaling them
* Providing clear reports and actionable insights
**Content Creation (Important):**
This role includes creating ad-focused content.
We are not looking for generic social media posts. You should be able to:
* Write compelling ad copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs)
* Develop creative concepts (images, videos, UGC-style ads)
* Understand what makes content convert and apply that in your work
* Test different creative angles and iterate based on performance
**What we’re looking for:**
* Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, optionally YouTube)
* Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and scaling
* Strong analytical mindset (CTR, CPA, ROAS optimization)
* Ability to work independently and think strategically
* Experience with e-commerce or lead generation is a plus
