Project Description
This video follows a documentary voiceover structure. The founders are never shown standing in the workshop speaking to camera. Instead:
Scene flow — every scene (2 through 5):
Open on founder — camera holds on the talking head for the opening sentence or two. Name card fades in. The viewer sees who is speaking before anything else.
Smooth transition to B-roll — after the opening beat, cut to action footage. The founder's voice continues as VO over the scenes.
B-roll carries the majority of the scene — the work, the system, the environment are the primary visual. The voice gives it weight.
Return or hand off — at the scene's final line, either return briefly to the founder's TH for the closing beat, or cut directly to the next founder's TH opener (which begins the following scene).
Scene 6 is the exception — all three founders speak direct-to-lens with no B-roll. The contrast is intentional: after three and a half minutes of field footage, the founders fill the frame and speak directly. It lands differently because the rest of the video earned it.

Name cards appear once per founder per video — at their first TH appearance. Do not repeat on subsequent cutbacks to the same founder.
