Modern 10-Room Hotel Design

I have a clean, rectangular site measuring 20 m × 30 m and I’d like you to turn it into a modern, boutique hotel. The brief is straightforward: two storeys, ten identical en-suite rooms, each opening onto a flower-lined balcony. No lift is required—only well-designed internal stairs that meet code. Above it all, I want a rooftop terrace that feels like an urban oasis. At ground level I need a welcoming reception lobby and a ramp-served underground car park sized realistically for guests’ vehicles. Inside every room I definitely want a mini-bar and a comfortable work desk; you’re free to recommend whether we also squeeze in extras such as a smart-TV wall or built-in storage if space allows. What I’d like from you • Scaled floor plans showing circulation, reception, back-of-house and parking layout • Elevations and sections that capture the modern aesthetic, balcony detailing and stair design • 3-D exterior and interior views (SketchUp, Revit, Archicad or similar) to help visualise materials and the rooftop terrace ambiance • A brief note on structural grid and MEP assumptions so my local engineer can pick up the package I’m open to creative ideas—green façades, energy-saving glazing, clever room modularity—so feel free to suggest improvements as long as the core requirements above remain intact.
