Job Post: Digital Launch Assistant (Cloud Kitchen Startup) Project Type: 1-Month Launch Contract + Monthly Retainer (Part-time) Location: Remote / Pune Budget: [₹15,000 for setup + ₹6,000 monthly retainer - negotiable ] The Project: I am an HR professional launching a premium, multi-cuisine cloud kitchen in Kalyani Nagar, Pune, specifically for pregnant and postpartum women. I am looking for a tech-savvy Launch Assistant to build the digital infrastructure of the business from scratch. What You Will Build (The Deliverables): 1. Digital Storefront: Set up a professional ordering system using Thrive, DotPe, or Typeform/Google Forms integrated with a payment gateway (Razorpay/Instamojo). 2. Operations Dashboard: Create an automated Google Sheets or Notion tracker that logs orders, subscription expiry dates, and referral bonuses. 3. Brand Identity: Design a logo, digital menu, and 10 "Nutritional Info Cards" using Canva. 4. Social Media Launch: Set up Instagram & WhatsApp Business. Create the first 12 posts/reels and set up a basic targeted ad campaign for the Kalyani Nagar/Koregaon Park area. 5. Logistics Integration: Set up the Borzo/Porter business dashboard for meal tracking. Who You Are: • A "Generalist" who understands both Marketing (Design/Social Media) and Operations (Automation/Sheets). • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and basic No-Code automation (like Zapier or simple Form-to-Sheet links). • Experience with food-tech or health-wellness brands is a huge plus. • Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision. Language & Local Coordination: • Fluency: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. • Vendor Management: Ability to communicate effectively with local wholesalers in Market Yard and specialized "Japa" spice vendors to ensure we get authentic, high-quality ingredients. • Staff Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Founder and the kitchen staff (Cook/Helper) to ensure instructions are understood clearly in the local context. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Pune’s "Peth" areas and specific local sourcing hubs is a significant advantage. How to Apply: Please send your portfolio or examples of: 1.
