BellaVista Project is an existing modular software platform with a live website and demo. It is already suitable for hospitality businesses and can also be adapted to other rental- or service-based businesses depending on client needs. This means you can sell an existing product, an adjusted version of BellaVista, or a completely new tailored solution based on the client’s business model. Examples of use cases include accommodation businesses, vehicle rentals, object rentals, service businesses, and other businesses that need a professional web platform, booking or management features, or a customized digital system. Depending on the package sold, earnings can vary significantly. Public package examples already range from $499 to $6000 or more, which can result in commissions from $200 up to $2400 or more per sale, depending on the package and commission tier. For custom solutions, pricing may be set individually depending on the client’s specific needs, business model, and project scope. In such cases, your commission will be based on the final price negotiated and paid by the client. For projects developed entirely from scratch, close communication is essential to align on timeline, scope, requirements, and feasibility. This helps ensure realistic expectations and prevents misunderstandings on both sides. BellaVista is built with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, providing a flexible and scalable foundation that can be adapted, managed, and handed over to hosts, landlords, hoteliers, agencies, or other developers.
