I need a reliable freelancer to create a spreadsheet of Airbnb hosts that I can reach out to directly through the Airbnb platform. Your task is to locate active listings, message the hosts via Airbnb, and collect two key pieces of information for each:
• Contact details the host is willing to share (for example, preferred email, phone, social handle, or other off-platform point of contact)
• Essential property details (listing URL, property type, city, number of bedrooms, nightly rate)
Please include only information confirmed through direct conversation on Airbnb. I am not looking for data scraped from third-party sites or public databases—every entry must stem from genuine host interaction.
Deliver the final data in a clean, well-structured spreadsheet that I can sort and filter easily.
