Description:
We are looking for a qualified architect or structural designer to create a complete set of construction drawings for a ~2,000 sq ft barn-style home to be built in Missouri, USA.
The design must follow U.S. residential building standards (IRC) and be fully buildable. We are not looking for renderings only—plans must include structural details and be suitable for a contractor to build from.
Requirements:
Licensed architect, engineer, or certified building designer (provide credentials)
Experience with U.S. wood-framed residential construction
Familiar with IRC (International Residential Code)
Ability to deliver full construction drawings (floor plans, framing, sections, details)
Must provide samples of previous construction drawings (not just renderings)
