For the next three months I need a dependable professional to handle ongoing manual entry of customer-information forms. Each day I receive a steady stream of digital PDFs that must be transcribed accurately into our online CRM. Nothing is scraped or auto-filled; it is strictly keystroke work where careful attention to spelling, dates, and contact details matters more than speed alone.
You will log in to a dedicated account, follow a short set of formatting rules, and save each completed record so it can be audited later. I will provide a brief video walkthrough, a written style guide, and the first day’s batch so you can get comfortable before the schedule ramps up. Turnaround is next-business-day: if I send forms by 5 p.m. your time, I expect them back in the system by the same time the following day.
Because the work involves personal data, you should already be familiar with basic confidentiality practices and be willing to sign a simple NDA. In your message tell me about previous manual data-entry jobs you have completed—volume handled, tools used, and any accuracy metrics you can share. I’m most interested in experience rather than elaborate proposals.
