Project Description
We are seeking reliable and experienced event professionals to support our participation at ITW Africa 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya, taking place from 8–12 September 2026 at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
This role focuses on supporting our on-site presence throughout the event and ensuring smooth execution of daily exhibition activities. You will play an active role in representing the company, engaging with attendees, and supporting networking and lead generation efforts.

Dates:8–12 September 2026
Venue: Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend the event on all scheduled days
Represent the company in a professional and confident manner
Engage with attendees and support networking activities
Collect and organize leads, business cards, and key conversation notes
Assist with event setup and breakdown when required
Support registration and attendee check-in processes
Provide on-site assistance to visitors and team members
Coordinate with staff and event partners for smooth operations
Share daily updates including messages, photos, and short summaries
Requirements:
Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or conferences preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for the full event duration
