Project Description
Rajeshahi Masale is looking to collaborate with an experienced Food Technologist / Food Consultant for project-based work.
Scope of work:
• New product development (spices, seasonings, premixes, instant mixes, sauces, frozen food, and other food products)
• Product formulation and recipe standardization
• Shelf life improvement and stability studies
• Process optimization for commercial-scale production
• Texture, taste, and consistency improvement
• Ingredient selection and cost optimization
• Quality control systems and batch consistency
• Food safety, GMP, SOP development, and documentation support
• Packaging recommendations and product stability improvement
• Troubleshooting manufacturing and production challenges
Requirements:
• Experience in food manufacturing and product development
• Strong knowledge of commercial food formulations and scale-up
• Experience with shelf life enhancement, preservatives, and process control
• Prior industry experience preferred
