The deliverables should include: - Full 3D modeling of the house (interior, exterior, and landscape). - Photorealistic development of all rooms and exterior areas. - 55+ photorealistic still HD renders for the interior. - 10+ photorealistic still HD renders for the exterior. - VR compatibility. - Detailed interior design in 3D (including wall colors and material details like furniture, wall paneling, and lighting). - 360° photorealistic renders of each room and exterior. - Walkthrough animation video (3–4 minutes) showcasing the villa's interior and exterior. - A 3D isometric floor plan.
