AI Call Center Developer – Twilio, Dialogflow, CRM Integration (Outbound Loans & Credit Cards)
Responsibilities:
Set up VoIP/telephony layer (Twilio or Asterisk).
Implement Speech-to-Text (STT) for real-time transcription.
Integrate NLP engine (Dialogflow or Rasa) for intent detection.
Add Text-to-Speech (TTS) for natural voice responses.
Connect system to Zoho/HubSpot CRM for lead logging and callbacks.
Build branching conversation flows for multiple campaigns:
Personal loans.
Business loans.
Credit card offers.
Provide basic analytics dashboard for call outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Twilio, Asterisk, or similar VoIP systems.
Strong skills in Python/Node.js for API integration.
Familiarity with Dialogflow, Rasa, or NLP frameworks.
Experience with CRM integration (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to deliver a modular, scalable solution that supports multiple campaigns.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of financial services telecalling compliance (loan/credit card regulations).
Experience with sentiment analysis and advanced AI features.
