Project Description
I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of our social channels—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube—and turn them into consistent lead-generating assets. Day to day you’ll plan and schedule content, publish it at the optimal times, jump into the comments when needed, and track performance so we can iterate quickly.
Content mix
We rely heavily on eye-catching images/graphics and short-form video, so you should be comfortable designing in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and editing clips in tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. Written copy will still matter (captions, hooks, CTAs), but the visual side drives results for us.
Goals & metrics
Every post, story, or reel should have a clear CTA tied to lead generation. I’ll look to you for weekly insights on CPL, CTR, follower growth, and engagement rate so we can refine the funnel.
What I need from you
• A 30-day content calendar delivered each month
• Daily scheduling/publishing across the six platforms
• Community management (likes, replies, basic moderation) within 24 hours
• Weekly performance report with actionable recommendations
• Ongoing optimization of formats, hashtags, and posting times
