I’m hiring a highly coachable and detail-oriented outbound prospecting assistant to support my SDR job search through structured, high-quality outreach. This is not generic VA work. You will be trained on a proven outbound system and expected to execute with precision using AI tools, data platforms, and clear frameworks. Important: I will provide all target companies through a structured spreadsheet. Your role is to research and execute outreach, not find companies. What You’ll Do: - Work from a provided list of target companies (no sourcing required) - Research each company and create structured, high-quality breakdowns - Identify 2–4 relevant contacts per company (SDR Managers, Sales Leaders, Hiring Managers, etc.) - Find accurate contact data (email, LinkedIn, and phone when possible) using tools like - ZoomInfo / Apollo - Write personalized outreach emails using provided frameworks and AI tools - Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages - Track all activity directly in the spreadsheet/system provided - Submit a weekly report with completed work, output, and insights Company Research (Required Before Outreach): For every company, you must provide: - What the company actually does (in simple terms, no buzzwords) - Their ideal customer (ICP) - The problem they solve - Why their product/service is valuable (real outcome, not fluff) - Why I am relevant to them as a candidate - 1–2 key insights (recent growth, hiring, product focus, etc.) - A 1–2 sentence personalized hook for outreach If your research looks copied, generic, or rushed, it will be rejected. Tools & Resources Provided: - Pre-built company list (continuously updated) - Step-by-step outbound system - Templates, examples, and frameworks - AI tools (Claude) - Data tools (ZoomInfo / Apollo) - Training videos and detailed guidelines - Weekly quotas and clear expectations What I’m Looking For: - Highly coachable and able to follow structured systems - Strong attention to detail (no generic or sloppy work) - Solid written English with the ability to personalize messaging - Organized and consistent with execution - Comfortable using AI tools to improve output - Willing to hit weekly quotas and improve based on feedback This role is about quality + consistency, not mass outreach. Compensation: - Trial week: $100/week - After trial: $300/month Compensation may increase based on: - Output quality - Consistency - Workload handled I am open to negotiation for strong performers who consistently deliver high-quality work. Weekly Expectations: - Complete assigned companies from the spreadsheet - Meet defined research and outreach quotas - Keep tracking clean and updated - Submit a clear weekly report of all work completed - Improve output quality over time
