Project Description
I’m implementing a fully-automated sales closer that can greet every new lead, hold a natural back-and-forth conversation, qualify intent, answer common questions, book appointments and then push the entire interaction straight into our CRM for sales follow-up.
The assistant must converse on the channels my customers actually use: WhatsApp, Email, Website chat, SMS, LinkedIn DMs, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. For prospects who prefer to talk, an AI voice agent should be able to pick up the phone, speak conversationally, and keep the call summary and recording logged back to the CRM as well.
Key workflow requirements
• Unified multichannel inbox and bot that responds instantly 24/7, hands off to a live rep when needed, and preserves the full chat or call history.
• Lead qualification logic (e.g., budget, timeline, decision-maker) stored as structured data and synced to the CRM in real time.
• Calendar integration so the bot or voice agent can offer open slots, book meetings and send reminders automatically.
• Automated follow-up sequences based on stage or inactivity.
• Visual dashboard that shows new leads, conversions, drop-off points and revenue attribution.
Acceptance criteria
1. A working chatbot and voice agent live on all specified channels, answering at least 80 % of FAQs without human intervention.
2. Seamless sync with the chosen CRM (contacts, notes, deal stage, call recordings).
3. Appointment bookings reflected both in the CRM and Google/Outlook calendar.
4. Weekly performance report generated automatically and emailed to my team.
5. Clear handover documentation so future staff can adjust intents, flows and integration keys.
Please architect, build, test and deploy the solution end-to-end, using the AI/automation stack you are most confident with (Dialogflow, GPT, Twilio, Make/Zapier, HubSpot API, etc.) as long as it meets the criteria above and is maintainable.
