Project Description
I am a professional football coach (UEFA A Licence), and my objective is to create a high-level coaching book / presentation (UEFA Pro standard) that reflects my full methodology, game model, and coaching identity.
This document is extremely important for my career, as it will be used to present myself to sporting directors, presidents, or coaching staff.
OBJECTIVE
The goal is NOT to create football content, as I already have all the material.
Your role is to:
Structure the content in a clear and logical way
Transform it into a professional, modern and visual document
Create a coherent coaching book / PowerPoint (UEFA-level)
WHAT THE FINAL BOOK SHOULD REPRESENT
This document should reflect a complete coaching methodology, similar to what is expected in a UEFA Pro Licence program:
Coaching philosophy
Game model (offensive / defensive / transitions)
Structural organization (systems, positioning)
Training methodology
Weekly planning
Video analysis
Leadership and staff organization
Everything must be connected and coherent, not separated blocks.
VERY IMPORTANT – FOOTBALL UNDERSTANDING
This is not just a design project.
You need to:
Understand basic football logic
Be able to organize tactical ideas correctly
Work with game principles, not just text
You do NOT need to be an expert, but you must understand the logic of:
positioning
phases of play
tactical structure
DESIGN & VISUAL EXPECTATIONS
The document must be:
Clean
Professional
Football-oriented
I want:
Tactical diagrams (football pitch with players)
Clear visual structure
Modern layout
Very important:
The systems (3-4-3, 3-5-2, etc.) must be visualized on a pitch, and it must be clear that they are not fixed systems, but adaptable structures based on principles.
VIDEO INTEGRATION (KEY POINT)
I will provide multiple match and training videos.
Your role:
Select the most relevant sequences
Cut them into short clips (15–20 seconds max)
Integrate them into the presentation
The goal is quality, not quantity.
CONTENT STRUCTURE
The presentation should follow a professional coaching structure:
Coach presentation
Philosophy
Game model
Structural organization
Offensive / Defensive / Transitions
Training methodology
Weekly structure
Video analysis
Leadership & staff
Conclusion
