A recent Google review is seriously hurting my service-based business. I’ve already replied publicly, but the response hasn’t changed anything, and new clients are hesitating because of that single comment. I now need someone who knows the ins and outs of Google’s removal process—flagging, escalating through Support, and, if necessary, preparing a concise policy-violation or legal request—to get this review taken down for good.
You should already be comfortable working inside Google Business Profile, understand the specific sections of Google’s content policies that apply, and know the typical timelines and evidence Google expects. If additional documentation or screenshots are needed from my side, I can supply them quickly.
The job is complete once the review no longer appears on my listing and I receive a brief summary outlining the steps you took so I can replicate the process in future if needed.
