Your Responsibilities:
Develop a content strategy and posting calendar tailored to this niche.
Design and create faceless Instagram Reels, carousels, quote graphics, and short educational clips (using tools like Canva or CapCut).
Write captions in a voice that feels warm, grounded, and high‑performing with ease.
Post consistently and manage engagement (reply to comments, monitor DMs, use insights).
Use trend‑adapted, algorithm‑friendly tactics to grow authentic followers.
Suggest content themes around soft productivity, mindful ambition, AI support, and feminine efficiency.

Proven experience managing and growing faceless Instagram pages.
Strong sense of visual identity — minimalist, aesthetic, and aligned with modern female entrepreneurs.
