Project Description
STRICT NOTE FOR ALL " :-
1. IF YOUR BID PRICE IS DECEPTIVE AND NOT THE REAL PRICE , YOU WILLBE DENIED THIS PROJECT RIGHT AWAY THIS IS JUST CASE STUDY AND ESTIMATION"
2. IF ASKING FOR DISCUSSION AND FURTHER DETAILS YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT AT ALL
I’m commissioning a side-by-side cost study that pits traditional stick-built framing against structural steel—and any other viable, lower-cost systems you can justify—for a five-storey mixed-use, multifamily project I’ve already conceptually designed. My sole driver is cost reduction, so I want you to chase savings aggressively, especially through Chinese suppliers or any other international source that can ship ready-to-assemble components to site.
Here’s what I expect to see:
• A clear methodology outlining how you will gather and verify figures for material and labour, plus freight, customs, and on-site assembly expenses.
• An itemised estimate for each construction method, broken down into material and labour subtotals and showing the delivered-to-site number.
• Comparative analysis that highlights where each system wins or loses on price, build speed, and any knock-on operational savings you uncover.
• A concise recommendation with the lowest-cost path forward and the main risks I should watch.
I’ve included the building concept and site context; use whatever toolchain you prefer—Revit, CostX, RSMeans, Excel—so long as the workbook is transparent and traceable. When you reply, send a brief yet detailed proposal explaining your approach, the data sources you’ll tap, and your estimated turnaround time.
The cost estimate derivation has to be with direct conversation with Manufaturers no middle agents for example you can use Alibaba website
