Project Description
FLUX LoRA Training Expert (Identity, Blending, Skin Realism, Retouch)
1. Identity LoRA (Face Lock)
* Keeps exact face consistent
* Locks facial geometry (eyes, nose, mouth, jaw, teeth)
* Prevents identity drift and deformation
* Avoid low-detail inputs (far shots, group photos) where faces are too small
* Use clear close or medium portraits with high facial detail
2. Blending LoRA (Color, Lighting & Scene Integration)
* Matches subject to background naturally
* Aligns skin tone with scene color and temperature
* Controls color harmony and white balance
* Matches shadows and ambient light color
* Balances exposure between subject and environment
* Prevents “cut-out” or pasted look
* Ensures realistic scene integration
3. Skin Realism LoRA
* Adds real skin texture
* Preserves pores, micro detail, natural imperfections
* Removes AI smooth / plastic skin effect
* Maintains high-frequency detail and realistic tone variation
4. Skin Retouch LoRA (Optional)
* Subtle smoothing and tone balancing
* Mimics professional photo retouching (Lightroom/Photoshop)
* Reduces harsh imperfections without removing texture
* Must remain natural (no plastic skin)
* Optional toggle ON/OFF with low strength control
How they work together
* Identity = face consistency
* Blending = color, lighting, and scene integration
* Skin Realism = natural texture
* Retouch = optional final polish
Performance Requirement (Important)
* Optimize main FLUX model for low VRAM usage
* Use lightweight LoRAs (low rank) for efficiency
* Enable fast loading and switching for batch processing
* Support parallel or queued batch generation
* Maintain stable output quality under high throughput
