I need a cross-platform mobile application, released on both iOS and Android, whose sole focus is to streamline customer service for a network of online stores. Shoppers must be able to reach support quickly—think real-time chat, ticket creation, order-status look-ups, and a space for FAQs or self-help articles—so the interface has to be intuitive and fast.
What I expect from you is a detailed project proposal that explains:
• the technology stack you recommend (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin/Swift native, or any other approach and why);
• high-level architecture, including how you will handle secure user authentication and data storage;
• a milestone-based schedule from design through App Store / Play Store submission;
• any third-party services or APIs you plan to integrate (push notifications, analytics, live-chat back end, etc.);
• post-launch support or handover process.
Deliverables

• Source code, build scripts, and concise developer documentation
• Basic design files (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch) for all screens
