Advanced Chrome Extension Developer Needed for Booking Automation (Request Handling Issue)
Description:
I am developing a Chrome extension that automates an online appointment booking system.
The manual process works correctly, but the automated flow is not consistently fetching data or completing actions as expected. The issue seems related to how requests are being sent compared to actual browser behavior.
I need an experienced developer who can analyze network requests and ensure the automation behaves exactly like a real user.
Key Problem:
- Manual flow works fine
- Automated requests fail or return empty/invalid responses
- Need exact matching of browser requests (headers, cookies, tokens)
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Chrome Extension development
- Experience with Puppeteer / browser automation
- Deep understanding of headers, cookies, sessions, and tokens
- Ability to debug using DevTools (Network tab / HAR)
- Experience fixing request mismatch issues
Scope of Work:
- Analyze working vs failing requests
- Fix request structure to match browser behavior
- Ensure proper handling of tokens, cookies, and sessions
- Implement retry + fallback logic
- Improve slot detection and submission flow
Bonus (optional):
- Experience with handling high-frequency requests
- Optimization for speed and reliability
Deliverables:
Fully working Chrome extension (ZIP) with stable automation and correct data fetching.
