I’m launching an online channel for my catering service and need a complete website that lets visitors place, personalise, and follow their orders from start to finish. The flow I have in mind is simple for the customer yet powerful behind the scenes: they browse my menu, customise each item or package to their taste, choose a delivery date and time that suits their event, confirm, and then watch the order status update in real time until it arrives at their door.
Key functions I must have
• Menu customization – customers can add or remove items, set guest counts, pick dietary options, and instantly see the adjusted price.
• Scheduled delivery – a clean calendar/clock picker so they can lock in the exact date and window for drop-off.
• Order tracking – once confirmed, clients should be able to log in and follow preparation, dispatch, and delivery stages.
I want the front end to feel modern and fast on both mobile and desktop; the back end should give me an intuitive dashboard where I can update dishes, set availability slots, and change an order’s status with one click. Whether you prefer WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, Laravel, or a custom React stack, I’m open to the toolset you feel achieves the smoothest user experience and easiest future maintenance—just outline your reasoning.
