Project Description
I have a promotional-lead list containing well over 50,000+ addresses and I want every message I send to land in the inbox, not the spam folder. Your task is to run a complete activation, validation and verification pass that strips out hard bounces, spam traps, disposables and other problem contacts so the final list is fully send-ready.
You may use any of the established verification platforms—NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Kickbox, etc.—as long as the results are accurate and independently exportable. Please keep my original CSV structure intact (custom fields included) so the cleaned file can be dropped straight back into my ESP.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Cleaned CSV containing only “safe to send” addresses
• Companion file (or flag column) listing every rejected address with its precise status code
• A short summary report outlining overall hygiene stats and any recommendations to maintain high deliverability going forward
Acceptance criteria:
1. Minimum 98 % deliverable rate on the cleaned list when spot-tested.
2. Turnaround time no longer than 72 hours from project start.
3. All data handled confidentially and returned via secure link.
