My e-commerce site currently runs on a self-hosted WordPress installation on AWS. I’m ready to move everything to Shopify, but I don’t want to lose the rich catalogue structure we’ve built up over the years. There are well over 500 physical products online, each already assigned to the right categories and subcategories, and that exact hierarchy must appear unchanged in the new store.
Because stock, shipping partners and payment gateways are all managed locally, I need a Mumbai-based professional who can meet or at least hop on quick calls during business hours. Familiarity with AWS exports, CSV data manipulation, Shopify Admin, Liquid theming and typical SEO redirects is essential; I’d also value practical advice on choosing the most suitable Shopify plan, apps for inventory sync and any cost-saving automations.
Here’s what will mark the job as complete:
• Every product, variant, image and category live on Shopify with pricing and inventory intact.
• 301 redirects in place so existing Google rankings and customer bookmarks keep working.
• A short hand-over session (remote or in person) showing me how to update products and process orders on the new platform.
