Project Description
I’m building a brand-new e-learning platform and need a developer who is comfortable working natively on both iOS and Android. My priority is solid, platform-specific code that delivers a smooth learner experience; cross-platform toolkits are off the table for this phase.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration: you’ll take the wireframes and visual assets I supply, translate them into clean Swift and Kotlin, and keep performance top of mind as we grow the feature set. UI/UX demands are modest for now, so if you’re still honing that craft, that’s perfectly fine—clarity and consistency matter more than flashy animations at this stage. The backend and API layer will be handled separately, so you can stay focused on front-end logic, local data storage, and polishing native interactions.
Workload and schedule are flexible. We can start part-time, move to full-time if it’s a good fit, and you may choose fully remote or drop by the office whenever it suits you. All I ask is regular check-ins, version-controlled commits, and an eye for small but meaningful improvements as we iterate.
Deliverables (milestone-based)
• Fully functional iOS and Android builds running on current OS versions
• Source code in a shared Git repository
• Basic onboarding documentation so other team members can compile and run the project
If you love writing native code and want to help create tools that make learning easier, send over your portfolio or a quick demo app you’re proud of. Looking forward to working together!
