I’m putting together a short-term project that blends two priorities: planning a high-impact team-building event and tightening some day-to-day HR operations.
For the engagement side, your main focus will be to design and run a memorable, inclusive team-building experience that strengthens collaboration across departments. I’ll share our headcount, location constraints, and cultural touch-points once we connect; you’ll turn that into a clear concept, schedule, vendor list, and on-site execution plan.
Alongside the event, I need reliable support on a few recurring HR tasks:
• Attendance tracking
• Payroll coordination
• Employee records management
Please outline the tools or platforms you prefer for each area (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, HRIS, payroll software) and any automations you can introduce to keep everything accurate and audit-ready.
Deliverables will include:
1. A detailed team-building proposal, budget breakdown, and run-sheet.
2. Updated attendance and payroll files with error-free calculations.
3. A well-organized, digital employee records archive, labeled and compliant with data-privacy standards.
