Project Description
I need a premium corporate film that clearly demonstrates our facilities management and waste-management expertise, with a special emphasis on the advanced technology that drives everything we do. The tone should be informative and straightforward rather than emotional; viewers must leave with a concrete understanding of the scale of our operations, the innovation behind our processes, and the measurable value we bring to clients and the environment.
What I already have
• Key facts, statistics and case studies about our automated sorting lines, IoT-enabled bins and real-time route-optimisation platform
• Access to our flagship material-recovery facility and several live client sites for shooting
• Branding guidelines, colour palette and logo animations
What I am looking for in you
• The creative ability to translate complex technical capability into a clear narrative
• Proficiency with AI-driven post-production tools (e.g. Runway, Synthesia, Descript) to add dynamic overlays, data visualisations or voice-sync as needed
• Strong directing, scripting and editing skills to keep the final cut concise (3–4 minutes) yet rich with detail
Key milestones and deliverables
1. Concept deck & approved script
2. Storyboard and shot list that map each capability to a visual hook
3. Two days on-site filming, including aerial/drone footage of our waste-processing lines and close-ups of proprietary tech
4. Rough cut for feedback (with AI-generated graphics in place)
5. Final 4K master with mixed audio, licensed music and captions
6. 30-second teaser re-edited for social channels
Acceptance criteria
• Facts on automation accuracy, processing speed and carbon savings are visualised on screen
• Our logo animation opens and closes the film, exact brand colours maintained throughout
• Final runtime does not exceed 4 minutes and exports flawlessly in 4K H.264 and 1080p ProRes
• Two rounds of revisions included after rough cut and final cut
If this brief matches your skill set and you can start within the next two weeks, let’s talk.
