Scope of what needs to run automatically
• Send polished commercial proposals to clients
• Generate recruitment contracts and executive-search mandates
• Build structured candidate profiles from the data we collect
• Produce reference-check summaries ready to share
Key points
– All outputs must be in impeccable French (grammar, tone, and professional register are non-negotiable).
– I already have standard templates for each document type, so your focus is connecting inputs, prompting the LLM, and returning finished files—not template design.
– I’m platform-agnostic: Make, n8n, direct LLM API calls, or another reliable toolset—use whatever lets you deliver a maintainable, working solution, not a demo.
What I expect from you
1. A brief scoping call to map triggers, data sources, and hand-off points.
2. A working automation flow for each document listed above.
3. Clear documentation so my team can adjust prompts or endpoints later.
4. A quick walk-through once everything is live.
