We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer (or team) to build a community-focused marketplace application. The platform will allow local users to post and browse advertisements across three main categories: Job Recruitment, Home Rentals, and Sales/Services. The goal is to create a seamless, user-friendly experience for both posters and seekers.

Direct "Click-to-Call" feature integrated into every ad, allowing users to contact the owner instantly.
Location-based tagging to ensure ads are relevant to the local area.

A comprehensive dashboard to track all app activity.
User management and moderation tools to approve, edit, or delete ads.
Analytics to monitor the number of posts, active users, and app traffic.
