# Shopify B2B Wholesale Store Setup – Studio Sol
We are an Australian home fragrance brand looking for an experienced Shopify freelancer to set up our wholesale/B2B store using Shopify’s native B2B functionality.
We want a clean, simple, easy-to-manage setup without unnecessary apps or overcomplicated systems.

# Scope of Work
## 1. Shopify Native B2B Setup
Set up Shopify’s native B2B functionality including:
* Company profiles
* Customer accounts
* Wholesale pricing
* Payment terms
* Customer approvals
We do NOT want a heavily app-based setup unless absolutely necessary.

## 2. Wholesale Login + Registration
We require:
* Dedicated wholesale login page
* Wholesale registration/application form
Registration form should include:
* Business name
* ABN
* Contact name
* Email
* Phone number
* Website/socials
* Store type
Customers should NOT automatically gain access after registering.
We need to manually approve wholesale accounts before they can access wholesale pricing and ordering.

## 3. Downloadable Credit Application
We need:
* A downloadable credit application form (PDF or similar)
* Easily accessible from the wholesale registration/login area
Customers may apply for:
* Proforma terms
* 7 day terms
* 30 day terms
We will manually review and approve terms applications.

Configure payment terms within Shopify B2B:
* Proforma
* 7 Day
* 30 Day
Terms should be assignable per customer/company.

## 5. Product Setup – Pack Ordering
Our wholesale products are sold:
- In packs of 3
- Testers sold individually (packs of 1)
We need:
o Clean wholesale product setup o Easy ordering experience for wholesale customers o Pack quantities configured correctly --- ##6. Order Approval Workflow We want the ability to: Review orders before fulfillment Approve wholesale customers manually Please advise the simplest Shopify-native workflow for this. --- ##7. Shipping Setup We currently use: Starshipit However, we would prefer to move to: Shippit We need: Shipping configured correctly for wholesale orders Shipping charges added to invoices/orders correctly Integration setup if required --- ##8. Design / UX We want the wholesale portal to feel: Clean Minimal Professional Easy to order from Mobile friendly is important. --- ##9. Handover Please include: Basic training or Loom videos Instructions for: Approving customers Assigning terms Managing wholesale orders --- # Important Notes * We are based in Australia * GST setup required * We prefer simple native Shopify solutions over lots of apps * Please only apply if you have experience with Shopify B2B/wholesale setups Please provide: Examples of similar Shopify B2B work Estimated turnaround time Any apps you believe are absolutely necessary All CSV files for customers are ready to use. We have an existing site for B2C and are looking to stop using Unleashed, transitioning to Shopify’s native B2B feature.
