Core scope • Candidate Profiles – jobseekers must be able to register, complete structured CV sections, upload documents, and update their status at any time. • Application Tracking System – employers need a dashboard that lets them shortlist, move candidates through custom hiring stages, leave notes, and trigger notifications. Everything should run from a single back-end so data stays perfectly in sync across web and mobile. Clean UX, bilingual-ready screens (Arabic / English), role-based permissions, and secure cloud hosting are essential.
