I’m building a full-featured manpower-recruitment solution for the Saudi market and need it delivered as both a responsive website and companion mobile apps (iOS and Android).
Core scope
• Candidate Profiles – jobseekers must be able to register, complete structured CV sections, upload documents, and update their status at any time.
• Application Tracking System – employers need a dashboard that lets them shortlist, move candidates through custom hiring stages, leave notes, and trigger notifications.
Everything should run from a single back-end so data stays perfectly in sync across web and mobile. Clean UX, bilingual-ready screens (Arabic / English), role-based permissions, and secure cloud hosting are essential.
I’d like you to suggest the tech stack you’re most comfortable with, outline a phased timeline, and show me where you’ve shipped comparable recruitment or HR platforms before. Your past experience will weigh most heavily in my selection.
