Cross-Platform Business App

I need a fully-functional business application delivered for both iOS and Android. The core idea is to streamline day-to-day operations for my company, so the final feature set will be refined together during the discovery phase. At minimum, the build must include: • A clean, brand-aligned UI that adapts seamlessly to phones and tablets on both platforms. • A secure, cloud-based back end (Firebase, AWS or similar) with scalable user management and real-time data sync. • Robust offline handling so essential functions keep working without connectivity. • Deployment to the App Store and Google Play under my developer accounts, with TestFlight / closed beta support. I welcome suggestions on tech stacks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift + Kotlin, or any framework you believe suits the stated goals and future maintenance. Acceptance criteria • Native-like performance on current iOS (iOS 16+) and Android (API 31+) devices. • Source code and documented build pipeline checked into a private Git repository. • All third-party libraries listed with licenses and versions. • A short hand-off session walking me through environment setup, build, and release steps. Once we confirm the high-level workflow, I’ll share wireframes and brand assets so you can start the first sprint.
