ANSI A119.5 Tiny Home Design

I need a complete set of architectural and engineering documents for a park-model tiny home under 400 sq ft that will be occupied year-round. Every aspect of the build must satisfy ANSI A119.5 requirements so the unit can be legally placed in an RV park. I have uploaded pictures of what the exterior look of what I'm going for is as well as an inside floor plan of what I want it to look like just without the stairs in it. I will rely on you to translate those aims into code-compliant framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life-safety details. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable BIM software is essential, as I’ll be submitting the plans to local officials and factory builders.
