Project Description
I need a complete cross-platform mobile application (native iOS and Android) that works much like the Freelancer app but targets a different industry niche.
Users must be able to create an account with Facebook, Twitter or simply with email, and then post a job by adding photos, videos and documents. Registered agents will browse those jobs and place bids or fixed prices.
Core workflow
• Job posting with media attachments and category tags
• Real-time bidding, offer acceptance and automatic milestone creation
• Secure milestone payment flow, dispute centre and resolution dashboard
• In-app chat supporting text, voice messages and file sharing (emojis can wait for a later phase)
• Push / email notifications for every critical event
• Ratings, reviews and basic profile management for both parties
I also need an intuitive web-based admin panel so I can verify users, manage disputes and adjust fees.
Deliverables
1. Native iOS and Android builds ready for App Store / Play Store submission
2. Source code with clean architecture, API documentation and a Postman collection
3. Admin panel (web) plus database schema
4. Short hand-off guide and two weeks of post-launch bug support
Please rely on proven stacks—Swift or Kotlin/SwiftUI for the clients, Firebase or a similar real-time backend is fine as long as payments (Stripe Connect preferred) and media storage remain secure and scalable. Let me know your suggested tech stack, timeline and any relevant marketplace apps you have shipped.
