Project Description
I need a compact system that lets prospects submit an enquiry, schedule a product demo and then keeps the conversation alive on WhatsApp. After a visitor fills the form, I want the tool to fire the right sequence automatically:
• send an instant acknowledgement
• book the chosen demo slot in my calendar
• issue WhatsApp reminders before the demo, prompt follow-up messages afterward and, when relevant, update them on order and delivery status
Everything must run off one dashboard where I can see enquiries, demo appointments and each outbound WhatsApp thread at a glance. You are free to build in PHP, Node, Python or any stack you prefer, as long as the final solution hooks into the official WhatsApp Business API (or Twilio’s equivalent) for reliability.

1. Responsive enquiry/demo form ready to embed on my site
2. Admin panel with search, filters and export to CSV
3. Automated WhatsApp workflows covering: appointment reminders, follow-ups, order & delivery notifications
4. Setup guide and handover call
Acceptance criteria: form submissions land in the dashboard in under 5 seconds, WhatsApp messages reach the client within 1 minute of each trigger, and I can edit message templates without touching code.
