E-commerce Email Campaign Specialist

We’re looking for a cold outreach operator to help run high-volume email campaigns targeting e-commerce brands. Scope: * Build targeted lists of e-commerce stores (Shopify / DTC brands) * Identify decision-makers (founders, operators) * Set up and manage cold email campaigns * Send targeted emails per day in structured batches * Track replies, positive responses, and conversions This is not a generic marketing role. We already have a defined offer and messaging approach. Your role is execution, organization, and speed. Requirements: * Experience with cold email tools (e.g. Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.) * Strong list-building skills (relevant, clean data) * Understanding of deliverability basics * Ability to follow structured testing (multiple batches, angles, niches) Important — please include in your application: 1. How many qualified e-commerce leads (stores + decision-makers) can you realistically build? 2. How many cold emails can you safely send per day across your setup? 3. What tools and process you use for list building and sending 4. Examples of campaigns you’ve run and the results Nice to have: * Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands * Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem Success in this role looks like: * Consistent daily sending * Clean tracking of results * Fast iteration based on performance We are optimizing for replies and conversations, not just open rates.
