Recruitment Interview Calls | Virtual Assistant

I have about 300 candidates for AI Content Creator (crowdsourcing) position who have already asked to learn more about our opportunities and now need to move them through the first interview step. You will log in to the VOIP platform I provide, ring each candidate during U.S. business hours, and conduct a short, fully scripted interview that lasts around 10 min. You have to deliver a professional experience in fluent, neutral-accent English. Every call goes to an interested candidate. There is no cold outreach involved. The interview script is fixed and the format is structured; you simply read the questions, record each answer, and tag the outcome (pass, hold, fail). Successful candidates are then scheduled for the next stage via my Calendly link. I’ll be available on messengers for quick guidance throughout the project. Deliverables • 300 completed recruitment call ATTEMPTS, trying to reach everyone in the list. Not every lead is reachable by phone, then you will have to leave a voicemail.
