I’m looking for someone who can comfortably wear two hats: turning raw operational data into clear, insightful MIS reports and jumping in whenever our users hit a software snag on their desktops. For the reporting side, you’ll take daily and weekly operations figures (production counts, turnaround times, service-level metrics) and convert them into concise dashboards and Excel or Power BI summaries that management can act on immediately. Accuracy and quick turnaround matter more to me than elaborate visuals, so strong Excel formulas, pivots, and, where useful, a bit of SQL to pull data will serve you well. On the support side, most of our tickets involve software troubleshooting—broken add-ins, application crashes, profile corruptions, that sort of thing. You should be comfortable guiding end-users over chat or remote tools like AnyDesk or TeamViewer, documenting what was done, and making sure the issue doesn’t reappear. Deliverables I’ll be checking: • A repeatable template (Excel or Power BI) for the key operational report, with dynamic date filters and clear KPI definitions. • A brief SOP that explains the data refresh steps so another team member can run the report if you’re away. • Resolved software issues logged in a simple tracker (issue, root cause, fix, time spent). If you’re organised, quick with your data tools, and patient with non-technical users, this will be a smooth collaboration.
