Garage Expansion with Second Story

I need my garage both lengthened and widened, and I want to add a second story. Ideal skills and experience: - Construction and carpentry expertise - Experience with garage expansions - Ability to design and build a second story Current garage is 30x30 with single and double garage doors. I want to add 10’ to one side and 20’ to the back side, the roof will need to be changed in the process so id like to add a 20x30 second story space in the center with a gable window on one wall. Second story will be centered with 10’ of normal roof height around on all sides (total new size will be 40x50). Old walls will remain, door openings will be added in 3 locations. 2 36” openings and 1 72” opening. I am looking for engineer support for drafting of stamped drawings for the construction. I can provide photos, measurements, 3d scans (Polycam app), and live video chat assistance. If you’re local, you can come out and walk the job. I selected $1500-$3000 but this should be on the lower side, <10 hours of drafting and <5 hours engineering ($35/hr and $130/hr, I think under $2k is reasonable with me doing the field work). If you have valid higher offers with reason submit them. Final product must be an PE civil engineer stamped construction drawing (blueprint).
