3D Architectural House Visualization

I already have the full architectural plans for a single-family home and need them translated into a clean 3D model that captures both the exterior massing and a simple interior layout. The goal is straightforward architectural visualisation that will allow prospective purchases to appreciate the property in 3D rendered form. Render scope • Exterior: front, rear, and one oblique angle in daylight • Interior: a cut-through or doll-house style view showing key rooms and circulation with the possibility of a fully staged kitchen/dining space, living room, master bathroom and master bedroom. I’m happy for you to use your preferred workflow—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, Blender, or similar—so long as the final stills are delivered in high-resolution PNG or JPG and the native file is included for future revisions. Accuracy to the supplied plans is critical; colors and finishes can stay neutral placeholders. There are details of the adjacenet proerty supplied also, so brickwork colour, lintel colouring, shash windows and roof tile colouring should be obeyed. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but please outline how many days you’ll need and whether an initial draft is included for feedback before final rendering.
