I have two personal accounts that are currently inaccessible—my Gmail inbox and the linked TikTok profile. Whichever one we can unlock first is fine; once Gmail is back, it should make reclaiming TikTok even easier.
Gmail situation
• The address is still active and I know it.
• I forgot the password.
• Google’s phone-code verification shows the correct last digits of my number, yet the system insists the match is wrong and loops me back to square one.
• Standard self-service resets and the support form haven’t resolved it.
TikTok situation
• The profile was originally set up with “Log in with Twitter”; that option has disappeared.
• I have already submitted the official account-recovery request to TikTok support but only receive automated replies.
Proof of ownership I can supply on request
– Original videos from the TikTok account
– Approximate creation dates
– Device and location history
– Other account-activity details that only the owner would know

1. Regain access to at least one of the two accounts (ideally Gmail first).
2. Provide step-by-step documentation or recording of the process so I understand exactly what was changed.
3. Keep all recovery actions compliant with Google and TikTok terms of service—no gray-hat exploits or phishing tricks.
