I am looking to develop a complete billing software system tailored for snacks centers, small hotels, restaurants, and multi-branch food businesses. The goal is to create a fast, reliable, and user-friendly solution that simplifies daily billing operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
The system should include both an Admin Panel and a User Panel to manage operations seamlessly. The admin side will allow full control over branches, products, pricing, users, and overall business insights, while the user side will focus on quick and efficient billing at the counter. The billing interface should be simple and responsive so that staff can generate invoices quickly, apply taxes and discounts, and handle multiple orders without delays.
The software is expected to support multi-branch management, allowing business owners to monitor and control multiple locations from a single platform. It should also include features for managing items such as snacks, meals, and beverages, along with proper stock or inventory tracking. The system must generate professional invoices with GST/tax calculations and support both print and digital formats.
Additionally, the application should provide detailed reports and analytics, helping the business track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Security and role-based access are important to ensure that different users such as admins, cashiers, and staff have appropriate permissions.
The preferred solution is a web-based application with a responsive design that works smoothly on desktops and tablets. The overall aim is to build a scalable and efficient billing system that reduces manual work, minimizes errors, and improves productivity for food-related businesses.
