Planning Ready Equestrian Site Drawings

I am preparing a pre-application for a new equestrian development on rural land in the UK and need a planning-ready site drawing package that a Local Planning Authority can accept without further redrafting. At this stage I only require a clear, accurately scaled basic layout—no detailed architecture or 3D work—yet it must still communicate the full concept at a glance. The layout must show three key components: • a barn that includes accommodation for use in equine therapy, • an outdoor riding arena, and • a surfaced track around our winter field Please base the drawing on an appropriate OS map extract (1:500 or 1:1250 scale), include a north arrow, scale bar, site boundary, neighbouring plots, existing rights-of-way and any proposed new access. I will supply a rough hand sketch, site photos and the title plan; you translate these into a polished site plan ready to drop straight into my Planning Statement PDF. Deliverables • One fully annotated PDF site plan (planning format) • The source CAD/DWG or layered vector file for future revision • A low-resolution PNG/JPEG for inclusion in presentation slides Accuracy must meet UK planning conventions for line weights, notation and colour codes (e.g., red line for application boundary). Turnaround within one week is preferred so I have time to assemble the rest of the submission.
